Welcome and thanks for taking an interest in the No Horizons beta. Whilst the beta has not started yet, we are opening up registrations with both betas to begin early in the new year. The beta will be the first opportunity for you, the players, to have a chance to experience the No Horizons world. You will also have the ability to contribute to the success of the project by providing feedback to us.
The beta will be conducted in two phases. These are not necessarily conducted at separate times and focus on two very different aspects of No Horizons. The first is a technical beta which we will use to test out different hardware and software configurations to ensure the user experience is not degraded across the full gamut of user-configurations. The second is the game play beta where we let you at to see how well the game works and just how much fun No Horizons is.

We won't be disclosing the number of places or our selection criteria, but we are interested in getting as large a cross section of gamers, hardware and software configurations as possible.
