A Landfill Dump is designed to be a central storage space for a culture's waste products. It is basically a depot that stores pollution, removing it's negative effects on the local area and population. This basic Dump is rather spread out, and not as efficient as later methods but will reduce the amount of pollution in a city and therefore increase the health and happiness of the population.
