Required Technology: Aquatic Military Training

Military bases are designed to house and train the fighting forces of a Culture. From these buildings, which can be built within a city or externally, a Culture is able to conduct training courses and deploy units.

This particular version of the Military Base is for use with Biotech troops and is land-based.
