Psychic Warfare falls somewhere in the middle of the other two more extreme branches of combat. While the conventional vehicles favour flexibility and the biotech ones are extremely specialised, the psytech war effort embraces both. Their vehicles are fairly specialised, and often have their attack and defences built into the forms they take. Others have options of different types of weapons to be mounted on them. More often the psychic culture's vehicles are specialised, but they have a wider range of options to choose from to target their foes.

The psytech Culture also makes greater use of mind-affecting attacks (somewhat predictably) that many conventional and biotech defenses offer little or no resistance to. These abilities, which often disable instead of killing, can give the psytech forces great advantage over their enemies.
