I'm going on holiday, what happens to my culture?

Well, the Culture won't be as well-looked after as it would be with you at the helm, but you'll at least be able to set things up so that your culture continues to perform research, production, defence (if not attack) and wild, uncontrolled growth and spreading of its cities.

Can I play a game against my friends?

ICNH Games is releasing a Home Version of No Horizons that allows players to host their own games with a limited number of players. This will give people the chance to experiment, play LAN games and have faster than usual tournament matches against their friends.
When is the game coming out?

No Horizons has a planned release date of the end of 2007 but, like all good products, won't actually be released until we're 100% satisfied with it. We're not fans of games being released by companies before they're finished and have no intentions of doing it ourselves.
Can I buy it in stores?

No Horizons is only available for download from the internet. Since we aren't charging up front for the game, we didn't think it would be appropriate to try to sell it in stores.
Is there a single player version?

There is no single player version of No Horizons. The primary opposition and challenge from the game comes from other players, and while it may be possible to play a version of the home game with no other players, it would remove almost all of the challenge and therefore the vast majority of the fun.
How long does a single game go for?

There's nothing (short of Sphere-wide armageddon) that really means a game comes to an end. Players will set their own goals, of course, and there are in-game events that will indicate a logical ending point to each particular game. But if there is demand once any of these conditions are met ICNH Games will be willing to keep a server running indefinitely.
